NB Pre-conference workshops are at an extra cost for full registrations.

Once you have completed your registration, you will be sent a link to complete your Concurrent Session selections. Please note that limits apply to some sessions.

Please note that there is no pre-registration for Free Paper Sessions.

Welcome Reception

Cost: Included with all full registration fees. Extra tickets: $85 per person.

The perfect opportunity to catch up with old and new friends and colleagues in the Exhibition Hall with our valued industry partners for drinks and canapes.

 

Conference Dinner

Date: Friday 3rd May 2024
Time: 7.00 pm - 11.00 pm
Venue: Panorama Ballroom, Adelaide Convention Centre
Cost: Included with all full registration fees. Extra tickets: $165 per person
Dress code: Cocktail attire

Join us for our celebration dinner held in the Panorama Ballroom overlooking the Torrens River precinct. Dinner includes drinks and canapes on arrival, followed by 3 courses, beverages and entertainment.

Popeye Gin Tour on the Torrens

Expression of interest to gain numbers for a firm booking.

The approximate cost for the tour will be $95 per person and includes a cruise on Popeye on the Torrens River with a Gin Tasting and food platters.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 22 March 2024. There is a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our Conference Manager,  reg@themeetingpeople.com.au

PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only).  Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details.  All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received. Payments will be listed on your credit card statement with The Meeting People Pty Ltd.

FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.

TRAVEL TO AUSTRALIA

LIABILITY
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ALA and the Meeting Managers of the Conference accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

PRIVACY
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
